General Rules


  • ~The renter must present a valid driver's license held for a minimum of one year.
    ~The minimum age for renting a car is 21 years old.
    ~Certain vehicle categories may require the renter to be 25 years old or older. Please inquire with our team for specific requirements.


  • ~Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person at our rental office.
    ~Rental periods are calculated on a 24-hour basis, starting from the time of pick-up.
    ~Extension of the rental period is subject to availability and additional charges.


  • ~Rental rates are based on the agreed rental period and vehicle category.
    ~All rental charges, including taxes, fees, and optional extras, are payable at the time of vehicle pick-up.
    ~We accept major credit cards for payment. Debit cards and cash payments may be accepted subject to certain conditions. Please contact us for further details.


  • ~The renter must present a valid driver's license, identification document, and a credit card for the security deposit at the time of pick-up.
    ~The renter is responsible for inspecting the vehicle and reporting any existing damages before leaving the rental office.
    ~The vehicle must be returned to the agreed location, on or before the designated return time. Late returns may incur additional charges.


  • ~The vehicle will be provided with a certain level of fuel at the start of the rental.
    ~The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle with the same fuel level as at the time of pick-up.
    ~Fuel charges will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.


  • ~All our rental vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance. However, deductibles and limitations may apply.
    ~The renter is responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle during the rental period, up to the deductible amount specified in the rental agreement.


  • ~The renter and any authorized drivers must comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
    ~Smoking, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and reckless driving are strictly prohibited.
